For our 29th release and to finish off 2021 on a high note, we are very pleased to roll out a new single from the talented producer that is Archive.
Hailing from Bristol, UK and now residing in Madrid, Archive has been experimenting with music production across the spectrum for 10+ years, gaining influence from his love of the deep, the dark, and the underground, alongside his fascination with dub, reggae, and world music. Through this time, a heavy collection of rhythms infused with the nitty-gritty of the UK underground and the sonics of the cosmos were built and this release fully represents it.
Starting off with "Hit Running", a brilliant stepper tune that showcases Archive's unique style with evolving synths and arpeggios, layered perfectly with a deep detuned sub bass and heavy distorted stabs. "Switch Up" takes us on a different path, with its menacing distorted bass and cool dub stabs, in the usual "Bristol" sound.
